We understand that clients coming to us for advice on family law are often going through a very confusing and vulnerable time in their lives and need sensitive yet very clear and practical legal advice.

All of our solicitors have extensive experience in family law matters and both Ciara Doyle  and Aoife Pettitt have obtained Diplomas in Family Law from the Law Society of Ireland.  Anne Leech has over 20 years of practical experience working in this area.  We will always  aim to reach an agreement where possible to avoid long drawn out, costly court proceedings with a view to enabling our clients move forward with their lives as soon as  possible

Aoife Pettitt is one of the few practicing solicitors in the South East who is also qualified to practice as a mediator between separating couples.  Mediation offers clients a way to reach a constructive resolution with their partner whereby they remain in control of their decisions and do not rely on any third party to make decisions that will affect their future and the future of any children involved.  Couples who manage to reach an agreement through mediation find that their separation has been less costly, both financially and emotionally, than those who have been through a contested court process and that they are better placed to maintain a relationship whereby they can continue to parent their children together albeit separately.

Anne Leech worked in one of Ireland’s top family law firms before moving to Wexford. She has experience in all areas of family law including divorce, judicial separation, negotiating separation agreements, nullity cases, access arrangements, custody and guardianship, maintenance and domestic violence. Her approach is to provide step by step guidance and support to clients in achieving the best outcome for them in difficult circumstances

We are well placed to advice our clients in relation to any of the following:
