Ciara obtained a Law Degree from Trinity College, Dublin in 2002 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor at the Law Society of Ireland in 2005. She trained and worked as a solicitor at one of Ireland’s top commercial law firms for a number of years before setting up the firm. She is also qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.

Ciara has particular expertise in advising clients purchasing and selling property, often times with complicated title issues including difficulties with planning, rights of way and boundary issues. She has purchased a number of licensed premises, retail, office and industrial units and assists clients with the banking aspects of these complex transactions.

Ciara represents both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial leases in relation to offices, pubs, industrial units and retail units. She also has a number of years of quasi-judicial experience as a Tribunal member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Private Residential Tenancies Board, hearing Landlord and Tenant disputes.

From a private client perspective, Ciara assists clients buying and selling their homes and investment properties.

She has completed the Law Society of Ireland Family Law Diploma which complements her experience in property law in respect of the transfer of property post separation and divorce. She advises clients in relation to all aspects of family law including Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce Proceedings and District Court Guardianship, Maintenance, Custody and Access Applications.

In 2014, Ciara completed the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Trusts & Estate Planning, an area of particular interest to her. She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Planners (STEP), the recognised international representative body for practitioners specialising in this area. She will assist you in preparing your Will and advise you on how to efficiently distribute your personal wealth in the future. Ciara advises Personal Representatives on all stages of the administration of estates from taking out the Grant to the efficient and timely distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
